A project of a first floor for a house in the Moscow suburbs.
The main tasks were firstly- to renovate the walls(without tremendous changes) with the help of the easiest finishing techniques, and secondly, to leave the existing parquet untouched.
As the house was designed in a classical style, some parts of the interior serve as a reminder: moldings on the walls, pilasters and doors. But with the new color walls and moldings have greatly freshened and tuned in with the other walls’ and kitchen’s furniture smooth surface . This allowed us to use modern and rather minimalistic furniture. Pure white and dark graphite create a background for colorful blasts of furniture, while the upholstery texture and curtain textile soften straight walls.
And here we are with the elegant and at the same time vigor interior.
